Like Tillandsia cyanea, Tillandsia flabellata is another one of those WOW species. Red leaves and a rare, multi-spiked coral inflorescence with violet flowers make this one attractive plant. Also like Tillandsia cyanea, this species can be grown in a potted in a fast-draining mix or mounted with sphagnum moss. Medium light is best.
